Taiwan Pearl Bitter Melon

For Spring cultivaiton in protected field in Guangdong areas, sow around Midwinter, and transplant after culture of seedlings. For cultivaiton in Summer and Autumn, sprout seeds from Jun. to Aug., and then sow directly. It requires 900g of seeds per acre. Cultivate on loam field which has convenient irrigation and drainage, and has not been cultivated with melons in the past 3 years. Cultivate on high ridge by double rows, and the planting distance is 250cm by 200cm, about 1800 plants per acre. Please consult to local cultivation tradition for management.
