- Order can be placed either through TT or LC at site with 50% advance payment and rest 50% at the time of shipment or through LC.
- If standard designs are selected, processing time would be from 30 35 days depending on the specifications of order as this is a handcrafted, hand-knotted product. Otherwise, customized designs can take 4 to 5 months at max.
- As product is handcrafted, so there is always a cushion of 5 - 10% variation may occur.
- The prices are quoted on FOB bases, freight charges have to be born by buyer and arrangement can be done through our organization. The freight charges will be added to the total cost accordingly as per to destination.
- Shipment can be done either by Sea or by Air depending on preference of the buyer.
- For Sea Shipment, Lead Time would be at least 30 to 35 days.
- For by Air shipment, Lead Time is from 5 to 7 days approx.
Our core principle is not to commit what one can't deliver.
