Start thinking about your design and allow us to build your creation.

The final step is the actual creation of your rug. We custom cut the pieces of carpet that you selected with our computer cutting (CAD) machine and inlay them into your design. Then our hand-carving craftsman bevels and carves the rug to accentuate the design and give it more depth. Finally we finish the edges with your chosen edge treatment and apply a non-skid backing to protect your investment.

This is the technical phase of the project. With the design requirements established and carpet selected, we will present a formal digital design with all specifications:

Once you have selected the design and outlined the application, you will choose the carpet that you want your rug made from. We have a large selection of vendors to choose from with thousands of samples in our showroom. We invite you to come in and touch and feel the carpet and see the wide spectrum of products that are available or we can refer you to a local showroom.

The design can be something that you have seen in a magazine or an idea that has been trapped in your head waiting to get out. It can be communicated through a computer file, a sketch or a photograph. We will review your design with you and discuss installation requirements.
