TEXTILE PRINTING BLANKETS.

TRACON TEXTILE PRINTING BLANKETS are new generation TPU Blankets. NTB
presents this blankets specially imported from SAMPLA BELTING, Italy.
Highly specialized & developed technological production processes make the
SAMPLA PRINTING BLANKETS one of the most advanced products in this field. The
belt has excellent resistance to oils, greases & to the chemicals normally used in
the fabric printing industry. The traction core of the belt is made of 2 polyester
fabrics with rigid weft & high dimensional stability, which ensures smooth running
& constancy of shaft load on the driving drum & constant resistance to
elongation under invariable load once the correct fitting tension is reached. At
present, the blanket can be supplied in width up to 3200mm.
Thanks to the special properties of thermoplastic polyurethane used in the
production of the belt, it is possible to join the printing blanket on site directly on
the printing machine. The top cover of the belt is highly resistant to abrasion, to
scratching or scraping. Also definitely makes it possible to repair on site if
required.
The high tensile polyester core & special polyurethane top cover, makes it
special over Conventional Rubber Blankets with 7-8 plies of cotton as tension
core. The lowest tolerance in pitch line deviation transmits uniform
circumference speed hence exact print quality. Moreover this, dimensional
stability of this blankets doesnt require often re-tensioning of blanket.
We offer in both Aramide & Non-Aramide tension cores as per requirements.
