Baby Marrows (Courgette; Zucchini)
The baby marrow can be green, light green or yellow and generally has a similar
shape to a ridged cucumber , it is just smaller. In a culinary context baby marrows are treated as a vegetable, which means it is usually cooked and presented as a savory dish or accompaniment.
