Literally means "large root" in Japanese, it is a mild flavored East Asian giant white radish. Daikon provides high percentages for vitamin C. It also contains myrosinase, an active enzyme that aids digestion, particularly of starchy foods.We pick straight shape, soft skin, no holes, and free-worm of daikon as our export quality standard. For those which 400 - 600 grams of weight range, it considered as White Raddish. And for those which around 750 - 1000 grams of weight, it considered as Daikon. All the chosen ones will be washed clean, then dried the skin use blower, wrap use wrapper, and cover each one of them use net foam. Either Daikon or White Raddish are put into 1 carton. Nett weight for Daikon will be about 11 - 15 kgs each and White Raddish will be about 10 kgs.
