The factory has two industrial sites: a site on a gain of a glass and pressing glasses preparations from liquid glasses substance and an optical site on processing glasses preparations on automatic transfer lines with application of the diamond tool.Capacities of a factory now allow to make:- glasses preparations - 10 million pieces per one year, including stigmatics, diameters from 50 up to 72 mm, a refraction from 00 up to + 20 dp., and also astigmatics and biphokals in any assortment under the documentation of the customer;- glasses stigmatics lenses I and II groups " 2,5 million pieces in one year in diameters 64, 65, 68 and 70 mm, a refraction from 00 up to + 6,0 dp. with step 0,25 dp.The specified quantity and the nomenclature of production IZOL practically completely answer inquiries of the market on colourless glasses a lens with a parameter of refraction 1,52. The factory has an opportunity of escalating of capacities and satisfactions of demand of consumers in any quantities(amounts) and assortment glasses preparations from this mark of a glass.The basic consumers of production of a factory in 2000 were the optical processing enterprises and management of drugstores and bases of Ukraine and Russia.Acceptance tests, examination and certification of parties of production, the certifications of products of medical optics executed by the independent centres, have confirmed high quality glasses preparations and the lenses made in ISOPOL.The analysis of a condition of the market glasses optics shows, that due to high quality of let out production the factory gradually restores prestige of the manufacturer glasses optics in the markets of Ukraine and the SNG, a little bit lost during the compelled slump in production in 1994-99y.y.In 2000 the enterprise works stably, providing a constant level of profitability. A parameter of stable work of the enterprise is growth of volumes of manufacture and realization of production, increase of labour productivity and quality of let out production that in due time allows to pay wages, payments under obligations and in the budget.
