  There really is no way to avoid exercising with this gizmo (well, you can switch it over to the alarm only setting, but where's the fun in that?) as it not only acts as an alarm clock but will relentlessly beep at you until you've done thirty arm curl repetitions. Thankfully it's not as heavy as it looks (we have to admit we panicked a little bit when we saw the "10 kg" stamped on the side of it) but you have to do the curls just right for them to be counted towards the 30 it takes to stop the incessant peal of the alarm.
