Shaker Clock
This clock is similar to one made in 1840 by Shaker brother Isaac N.Youngs of Mt. Lebanon, New York. The original clock is currently on display at the Hancock Shaker Village in Massachusetts. The
pine case is stained red outside and chrome yellow inside. The doors have pegged mortise and tennon joints. The clock has five lights of glass. The German movement is spring driven with a brass
pendulum. The movement strikes a brass bell on the hour and half hour. Approximate size: 11 by 33 inches.
