The idea is that the agency wants buy radio space for a commercial and when the figure/bobblehead hears the radio spot it will trigger the microchip to say something. i.e. Radio spot will talk
about a new product and then the dashboard figure hears this ad spot it will respond by saying "Go try our newest sandwich" or something to that effect. Therefore the microchip will have to be able
to respond to only 1 particular set of words.
The bobblehead/figure should be 3" or 4" tall,microchip and the technology are all better.
