This boat hull named TurboChopper30. A hand laid fiberglass mono V hull. Surface gel coated.
The transom back plate is made of 2 layers of fiberglass. So it is very strong. Can stand with strongest motor. Especially good for mounting outboard engine. Also make the deck to bottom join
stronger.
The hatch was modeled by 3D CAD and milled by CNC. The streamline shape is a cut out from a elliptical solid lofted to a straight end. The good looking streamline shape resembles a jet fighter
driving room. Has very little friction with air. The deck and bottom was modeled by 2D CAD.
For glow power. The hatch use two hinges to fix in the deck. Just need to start the engine, drop the boat on water. As the boat accelerate, the hatch will close automatically (Automatic Hatch
Closing). Hinge fix make it rarely loosing hatch.
For electric power. The hatch can be easily sealed with tape. The hinges do not interfere sealing.
There is no stringers on the hull. Preinstalled stringers difficult dimension marking and drilling. Rear portion of the transom are straight. Making good fit stringers are easy. Use single piece of
straight hard for making stringers. DO NOT use plywood.
This boat hull DOES NOT sell with rc box. The method used to make rc box and building WaveChopper30 can be used in this boat too.
Packing material is carton box. The parcel gross weight will be approximately 1.5kg.
WARNING:
1: The boat hull shell interior may have some raised fiberglass which can impale skin. When touching the shell interior, must wear a glove (kitchen type glove is enough).
2: This product is not a toy. Not recommended for people under 18 years old.
