Our replica of the Shannon Foss/Judi M, Carol Foss/Marauder is 22 inches long, 6 3/4 inches wide and 9 1/2 inches tall. All parts are made by hand and the tires are turned individualy on our miniture lathe. Scale 1/4"=1'.

The sister tugs Shannon Foss and Carol Foss were built in Seattle in 1957. They spent many years as the primary ship-assist tugs and were the pride of the Seattle harbor fleet. In 1970 the Shannon Foss was moved to Tacoma and both tugs continued to provide valuable service for many more years. They were later sold, the Shannon Foss became the Judi M and the Carol Foss became the Marauder. Both tugs can still be seen working on Puget Sound. (I see the Judi M almost every day.)
