Each XB-500 electric bicycle ships to you by freight trucking company and is sealed in the original box and strapped to a pallet for damage free shipping.  Customer's phone number is required.  Truck shipping to nearest terminal is included FREE in the Continental U.S., for residential delivery in the U.S. there is a $50.00 trucking charge.  Residential delivery in Canada is an additional $100.00-terminal delivery not available in Canada.  You will choose the option you prefer at time of checkout.
