3 The kilometer will exactly tell you how many life's that is left on the truck, this is were you have to be very careful in-other to avoid maintainers because trucks are guaranteed to make 1000000km (1 million km) Without repairs

2 The year is very important so that you can know how old the truck is because the more kilometers it ha the wicker it become in every service it gives because a lot of money and time has been wasted on repairs & maintainers which has resulted as delays and uncompleted projects with out knowing.

1 You need to check the axle were you mount the wheel if it is big or small. If it is big it means that it will have an Allen key at the center and means the has hydraulic oil inside it and this is good for the truck because the wheel will always move because their is traction on it. It that if you have a tipper of  10 tires it is the same as 6 axle truck and if they all have traction it will be 6X6 and if only the 8 tires at the back has traction it will be 6X4. If your truck has many tires and little or no axle it will always sink in the swamp and have difficulties in climbing the hills especially in the raining session because all the tires are not moving (rolling) with over load. view pic1  TRACTION

What you need to check is:
1 the traction on the wheel axle of the truck which should be like e.g:  6X4, 6X6, 8X4, 8X6, 8X8 and so on
2 The year
3 The kilometer
