Container Carrier Truck

Hydraulic power pack is powered through PTO of truck gear box through universal shaft. Manually operated direction control valves are used such that levers are inside the drivers cab.

Lifting/lowering arms and stabilizer arm, all operated by hydraulic cylinders.
2 arms and chains, as shown, are used for lifting/lowering.
Dumping is done by arresting the front end while lowering. It has one stabilizer roller which is lifted/lowered by hydraulic cylinder. This roller ensures that truck does not over turn while loading the container.

Used for handling garbage containers from 2.5 m3 to 4.5 m3 capacity on mini truck. For higher capacity containers, up to 7 m3 normal truck is used. On normal truck, twin container placer is also mounted which loads & unloads from sides.
