The EXCELutilizes clean curved pre-stressed body side walls. Your logo willdisplay beautifully, your maintenance staff will love to clean it, yourcustomers will admire it. Elimination of the old style vertical ribreduces rust's ability to destroy the vehicle's strength and appearance.

Loadmasterbelieves it has the finest wiring in the industry. All main connectorsare "aircraft" type. Each wire has its function printed along theentire length of the wire, enclosed in a breathable, protective, heavynylon loom covering. Your mechanic should not have to go back and forthwith a voltage meter. Certain optional accessories are provided for ineach loom.

Variouscontainer lifting systems are available, including cylinder reeving,drum winch, "kick" bar, Loadmaster Sling System, and various carttippers. Several types of container latching systems are also available.

TheEXCEL hopper features a solid one-piece smooth design, of exceptionaltoughness. The hopper material is 150,000 pound minimum yield, highstrength, "T-1" steel. The exceptionally large 317 cubic yard hopperincreases operator productivity on your routes.

Thestrong, clean, rugged design of the EXCEL blades are also the easiestin the industry to remove and maintain. Loadmaster engineers designedthe blades to run on large "UHMW" guide shoes for minimal wear and longlife. The compaction and sweep cylinders are internally "cushioned" forsmoother, quieter operation.

The EXCEL side doorprovides a large convenient maintenance access. The attractivecontoured door has large grab handles to help enter and exit thecompactor body. Side door access ladder provided.

Controlsare located in a comfortable location, mounted in machined "UHMW"polyethylene, for a more smooth wear resistant vibration dampenedoperation.

Thecurved ejection blade rides on six "UHMW" polyethylene wear shoes.Blade guides are closed channels welded to the inside body sidewalls,up above the dirt and grit which can accumulate on the floor, forextended shoe life and low maintenance.
