PT Astra Nissan Diesel Indonesia (ANDI) is a joint venture company with Nissan Diesel Motor Co. Ltd. and the Marubeni Corporation. ANDI imports Completely Knocked Down (CKD) and Incomplete Knocked Down (IKD) Nissan Diesel trucks and buses. These imported parts are assembled at PT Gaya Motor (GM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Astra.At Nissan Diesel, sales were propelled by strong performance in the mining, construction and transportation industries as well as general economic improvement. A range of 17 new models of the Euro-2 Truck were introduced in 2007.
