Cylindrical textile trucks

Cylindrical textile trucks are manufactured in forms of conical cylindrical and flat cylindrical and in many different sizes. While the rotation technology takes the production with existing moulds as a basis, customized special sizes can be manufactured.

It is produced by using supporting and carrying chassis npu profile, angle and pipe material. Changes can be made in chassis production by considering customer demands. Standard cylindrical trucks have 3 bearing rotating axle.

This rotating axle can be discarded if desired. Ground coat + finishing dye are applied for dyeing, but also hot immersion galvanize can be applied if demanded.

The wheels used for transportation have heavy bearing axle; have the diameter of 125-150-200mm depending on the load capacity and are made of poliamid, polyurethane over the poliamid, polyurethane over the mould.
