The operators performance is continually monitored and recorded, in terms of cycle times, processed tonnage, adherence to safety procedures, correct equipment handling techniques and response to emergency situations and failures. These performance reports together with the instructors after-action review capability provide a complete training and evaluation system. The CYBERMINE ADT operator is immersed in a highly realistic, 3D world (either mining or construction) which is projected on three wide screen displays located about the operators cab. The entire ADT cab is replicated to provide all instruments and controls correctly located about the operator. Simulated equipment behavioural dynamics are based on detailed mathematical models that use equipment manufacturer specifications to provide accurate realism. As a result, full loading, hauling, reversing and dumping capability is included with each CYBERMINE ADT simulator.
