Chassis: the vehicle uses the second-class chassis of Chinese and foreign famous
automobiles such as Jiefang, Dongfeng, Hongyan, Steyr, Auman, Northern Benze and
Ghalefar. It is optional for customers.
Dump body (designed according to the chassis):
1) Dimensions and weight:
a) External dimension (L x W x H): 9,605 x 2,500 x 3,480mm
b) Inner dimensions (L x W x H): 5,270 x 2,270 x 1,050mm
c) Sole plate depth: 6mm
d) Boxboard depth: 4mm
2) Main frame: the requirement of loading and unloading is satisfied by using
high strength profiled steel as the material of the main beam, widening
and heightening the big crossbeam, increasing the density of the arrangement
of the crossbeam and wing support, fully strengthening and ensuring its capacity
of anti wrest, anti vibration, and anti-jolt
3) Sub-frame:
a) It is buckled with high strength profiled steel (16Mn) to box type, as fully
and effectively ensure its intensity. The twist point of oil tank under pull-arm
is made in integrative type as to prevent deviation. Rear reversal point
is widened to greatly improve the stability, safety and reliability of the
whole vehicle while running and lifting
b) 5 doors
4) Carriage structure:
a) The boxboard column is widened and the carriage is thickened, to improve
the anti dilatability. Various boxboard patterns may satisfy the requirements
of different customers; suitable to carry sand and crushed stone, and coal.
The rear carriage can open and close automatically, which makes unloading
safe and reliable

5) Lifting pattern:
a) Side-unloading: it is suitable to auto unload vehicle of long carriage, with
low centre of gravity, good stability while lifting. It has the unique oil
dust design, stable performance so it is easy to operate. All doors of
listing can be completely opened to unload the goods. The unloading
time is reduced and the efficiency is high. The goods unloaded spread
along the side of the vehicle, and the automatic self-safe oil-cylinder of
patent structure is assembled, to effectively solve the problem that it is
impossible to drive ahead since the wheels are buried by the unloading
goods. It can make up the side unloading train with auto-unloading
full-trailer to increase transportation efficiency effectively
