• Platform made of high-tensile steel sheets welded on heavy duty folded cross members intermeshed with longitudinal profiles to form strong-boxed construction. Sides and Front made from high-tensile steel sheets reinforced with steel channels. Rear gates made of top hinged hard steel panel with locks.
• Tipper helper frame made of steel ladder construction with rear diagonal braces providing stiffness for stable dumping on uneven terrain. Rear dump pivot made of steel shaft in bushings with lubrication points.
• Hydraulic kit includes telescopic cylinder, gear pump, and tipping valve with pneumatic and proportional control and oil tank with filters.
• Accessories include mudguards, access ladder and lockable steel toolbox
• Paint: one coat of anti-corrosion primer, two coats of synthetic enamel, RAL colour at customer's option.
