At GHF, we manufacture vehicle-mounted refuellers with tank capacities ranging from 2KL to 45KL. Refuellers are supplied either on a Rigid Chassis or as articulated vehicles. The refueller consists
of a chassis, tank and, fuelling & defuelling system. The tank could be made of Mild Steel internally epoxy-coated steel or Stainless Steel or Aluminium. The tank design is based on the Indian
Petroleum Act 1934 and the Petroleum Rules 1976. Mostly all of the specifications (size, chassis type and make, tank structure, etc) are laid down by our clients and are built-in within statutory
and safety guidelines.In the Refuelling and Defuelling module, all components are sourced from reputed manufacturers the world over. These include:" Internal valves " Fuel & defuel valves "
Centrifugal pumps" Pressure control valves " Fuel monitors" Flow meters" Under-wing pressure couplings" Aviation hoses for deck and hose reel " Bottom-loading systems with high level sensor"
Electrical deadman handles" Liquid fifth wheel assemblies for semi-trailer type refuellers The components are selected based on the flow rate requirement, which normally ranges from 100 Lpm to 4000
Lpm. Our refuellers can have the following options:- " Provision of a hydraulic scissor platform at the rear with deck hoses" Hydraulic drive for running the centrifugal pump instead of directly
coupled to Power Take Off drive or midship mounting of the pump" Module with control panel located at rear or below the tank, or between the tank and the cabin" Hydraulic drive or electrical motor
for drive for winding of the hose reel, which can be a single-wrap or drum-type hose reel Safety features include provision of: " Static grounding cable " Fire extinguishers" Electrical/Pneumatic

Aircraft Refueller. All our equipment is covered under warranty for 12 months from the date of delivery for faulty material and workmanship. This warranty however does not cover glass, electrical,
and rubber items. The equipment is attended to swiftly on receipt of any complaint during the warranty period.
