These are the Australian standard side seal fittings, it is often advisable to replace both cap and adapter, however these caps fit most of the currently used adapters( there is an occasional clearance problem with the install lugs on 1 brand of adapter, these lugs can be removed)
From experience testing tanks, looking for lost fuel, or water entry, leaking adapters and or caps account for a large percentage of faults.
