We hold some advanced equipments.The quenching machine is controlled by the PLC Computer which makes the heating treatment stable for the prouucts quality.And the stressing polishing machine for springs improves their anti-fagging ability and life-span.We use auto-spraying line and multi-work-spot assembly to improve the quality,capacity of the productions and reduce the working difficulty of the workers.We have perfect testing methods for metal phase,physical and chemical performance,rigidity and fagging.Those testing methods make all the productions under control in any time.
