Compared with traditional cylinder liners, it has three innovations. First, whole surface strengthening of working, overcoming washboard effect caused by strengthening of plasma belt and 100% strengthening area. Second, many high alloy elements bombard strengthening forms hard structure of surface which resists abrasive wear. Third, there is a high-strength hardened layer whose HV reaches 600 to 900 and brittleness level 1to 2, i.e. it is with high hardness and good toughness. According to abrasive wear test carried by national tractor quality supervision and test center, its wear resistance performance is good, which is over twice of qualified cylinder liner.
