Since 1998 Fu-Chian has started to involve on the market of new tires and begin to integrate the vertical markets. A direction of multiple operation of the enterprise is thus taken. Consequently, Fu-Chian has become the only one manufacturer that work simultaneously on markets of new tires, rubber materials as well as retread tires in Taiwan. In addition, since this year, Fu-Chian has been allowed to list its stock and employees have been encouraged to become the shareholders of the company, so that the concept of sustainable growth is therefore put into practice.

Fu-Chian Tire Corporation Limited was established on November 1965, focusing on the processing of retread tires. With the development of Taiwan industry, the computer system was introduced to enhance the manufacturing as well as management in 1984, and production efficiency has been very much promoted since then. Thus, Fu-Chian was rated as a 'Grade 1 Retread Tire Company' by the Industrial Development Bureau, MOEA, in 1988. Moreover, with its great progress, Fu-Chian also earned the ISO9002 certification in 1996. In 1997, Fu-Chian introduced the automatic compound mixing machine from Italy and with that, Fu-Chian becomes the largest compound mixing center in Taiwan with the best production efficiency and quality compounded rubber stock.
