The clientele of hotel supplies include most of major hotel in Malaysia and overseas e.g. Berjaya Hotels and Resorts, Shangri-la Hotel and Resorts, Club Med Asia Pacific, Renaissance Hotels, Grand International Hotels Asia Pacific, The Empire Hotel and Resorts in Brunei. 

The manufacturing arm is not only certified with GMP but always keeping updated on new technology to supply quality products that meet the stringent requirement of our customers. We are also capable of customized and innovated products giving our clients an opportunity to position themselves as leading hotel in the industry.

The main activities of this division are supplying the guestroom amenities and toiletries to hotels and clubhouse. With professional management team and strong commitment by team members, we have set our vision to be world class company in its industry with committed objective of achieving 100% customer satisfaction. The vision and committed has brought North West Enterprise Sdn Bhd to be certified with ISO 9001:2000 by TUV in 2005. To further improve integration of sales and production, we have installed a world class ERP system from Infor. This ERP solution would definitely enhance our flow in processing customer order and ultimately achieving our vision and objective.

North West Enterprise Sdn Bhd was established in 1979 and is constantly pursuing an active policy of expansion. To date, there are 5 main divisions in the company. Hotel supplies is one of the division, which was incorporated in 1987 and is the leading supplier in Malaysia with fast growing export base.
