1. ECR POS software features 
   - Unchangeable financial memory active
   - Entry of sales information
   - Security option so that data cannot be changed or deleted after entry
   - Two same report print at the same time one for customer and one for record
   - Fiscal Printer should be used for POS Software
2. Report features 
   - Each sales report or delivery note should contain 
   - Taxpayers name, address and Tax (Musak) registration number
   - Serial number of delivery, issue date and time
   - Name of the sold goods or service, quantity, price and tax amount
   - Serial number of the machine
3. Compliance reports 
   - S report a report to check total sales and tax for any given period
   - D report a report to obtain total daily sales and tax at the end of every business day. The hard copy of this report should be preserved 4 years
   - M report a report to obtain total sales and tax for an tax assessment period (usually one year) to submit to tax office.
