Screen printing media (with &without fixitive)

Its composition makes it to be the most suitable in a third fired lines where a big quality of ink has to be printed (white thick layers). Due to its well balanced formulation, it has no problems with dying and has a very good adhesion to the ceramic biscuit. We produce medium for gold, relief &color.

Is a filmogenic product of high concentration used in the screen printing ink of several pastes, between one application and the others.

Is a hydrophilic, solvent -free screen-printing medium having a quick drying, suitable for once fired ( monoporsa / monocottura )  systems and specially for two fired systems (biocottura ). It suitable for the application of thick white layer of inks as a protective layers. Due to its well balanced formulation. it has no problems with drying on the screen. It is compatible with layer application of glaze fixitive and other pastes can be printed on the top of one another (polychrome decoration) thanks to its very good adhesion to the ceramic biscuit. It has a high suspender power and avoid pastes sedimentation.
