    1990s witness a great development of our national concrete machine industry, NJRP developed a polyurethane piston applicable for concrete conveyer pump with our own intellectual property for SANY & ZOOMLION substituting similar products imported from abroad, being competitive with the piston from world top brand-PM in terms of high cost performance ratio. In recent years, NJRP has developed high hardness polyurethane pistons of over 120 resistance, and received good feedbacks from customer when used in high pressure concrete pumps, seabed petroleum drilling. Working conditions for the PU piston are very harsh with pistons reciprocating in high speed in the block under the pressure of 8-40MPa, so abrasion resistance, causticity resistance, hydrolyze resistance, tear resistance is required on the piston, as well as overcoming the heat caused by piston movements. As the technology for polyurethaneheat resistance performance is enhanced day by day, polyurethane has become the best material for the application.

    NJRP is the first rubber manufacturer to research and develop rubber pistons applicable for petroleum drilling, and have done great contributions to the great findings in petroleum in 1960s in China. Through over 50 year's development, NJRP has developed a piston system covering pistons of different rubber material for different industrial uses. Include: Rubber cup for petroleum drilling pump, cleaning pig,polyurethane sealing ring for mud pump etc.
