Supply of Centrifuged Latex
 
1. Product
 
a) To supply of 100 MT of Centrifuged Latex (CFL) per month on a straggered Basis to China. Pakistan, Europe say either five 20' containers or Two/Three 40' containers.
 
b) The CFL could be supplied either Low or High Ammonia type depending upon the needs of the customer.
 
c) In the event the requirement is for High Ammonia it would take a minimum of 1- month time to commence the operations. Thereafter it could flow on a weekly basis.
 
2. Pakaging
 
a) Packing would be either in flexi bags or in Plastic Barrels. If in Flexi Bags- a 20' container would carry one Flexi bag containing 21.5MT CFL or a 40' container will have 2 flexi bags containing 43MT.
 
3. Delivery
 
a) Delivery could be arranged either on a FOB, C & F, and CIF or on Dooor to Door delivery basis.
 
4. Quality
 
a) We undertake to submit a quality certificate from any International Certification agency for each consignment to provide the customer with a valid quality certificate as per the agreed quality criteria.
 
5. Price
 
a) To be agreed upon. As an option the Malaysian Rubber Board Average for a period could be used as a guide for pricing purposes.
 
b) However, we are open to discuss othjer pricing mechanisms as long as this is transparent to all parties.
 
6. Payment terms
 
a) LC at the start.
