LDPE Reprocessed Granules
LDPE is describing by low density, less hard and less strength in comparison to HDPE or high-density polyethylene. However it has better ductibility, which makes it highly used for manufacturing of packaging material such as foils, trays and plastic bags both for food and non-food purposes. It is also applied as protective coating on paper, textiles and other plastics, for instance in milk cartons.
a)Production of 1 kg of LDPE requires the equivalent of about 2 kg of oil (raw material and energy).
b)It has excellent resistance to water, moisture and most organic solvents and chemicals (except ones with aromatic or chlorine content).
