PACKAGING & STORAGE

Onmultiple-layer film lines, ZN-2 is usually added to the skin layersonly. Addition level depends on which layer is used and the thicknessof layer.

On monolayer Cast lines , 3 to 4 % ZN-2.

On monolayer blown film lines, 6 to 8% ZN-2by weight should be added to resin mix.

RECOMMENDED ADDITION

Note: during production,the speeder the film get cool,means stronger adhesion the film surfaceis; and the more ZN-2 added in, the stronger adhesion get. Productionthereafter, should keep the film in a high temperature to enhance thethe adhesion as the storge time goes.

ZN-2is designed to produce stretchwrap films from LLDPE, LDPE for theapplications of palletwrap and silagewrap. It can be used on eitherblown film or cast film process.Polymers used with ZN-2 masterbatchmust not contain any Anti blocking additive, slip agent as this willprevent the migration of cling additive. Migration time for good clingproperties is usually 24 to 72 hours.
