    If you are interested in testing or checking the above details, we can send you some free sample of the produced blown film from which you can get ASH TEST of the film in any local polymer testing laboratory to know the percentage of filler in the film, from where you can understand the percentage of masterbatch added to the film.

    Most of all the important thing is that since our masterbatch is composed of superfine calcium carbonate powder which is not generally used in manufacturing filler masterbatch as the finer grades are much difficult to disperse in the compound, but if dispersed properly gives best dispersion effect, so the product manufactured with our filler masterbatch has much higher strength compared to what you get with other best quality masterbatch available in the market.

    But the same HDPE blown film manufacturers are now using our filler masterbatch in their blown film and are using more than 40kgs of caco3 masterbatch in 25 kgs of HDPE granules+ 3 kgs LLDPE, in general.In our blown film extruders we have produced HDPE blown film(thickness 20microns) we have run with adding more than 50 kgs of our filler masterbatch into 25 kgs of HDPE granules + 3 kgs LLDPE, without any occurrence of GELS on the blown Film.

    Previously the HDPE blown film manufacturers over here used the imported filler masterbatches from best known reputed international companies as mentioned above, that could be added to any HDPE blown film not more than 20kgs of caco3 masterbatch to 25kgs of HDPE granules+3 kgs of LLDPE, which is max. for best available filler masterbatch above which it would result in producing GELS or generally called as FISHEYES on the blown film.

    CHAMPION consists of fine Calcium Carbonate Blended with Specialty Polymer and additives, allowing much higher loading compared to conventional filler masterbatches. It can be loaded up to150-200 PHR*(*Percent Hundred Resin) in HDPE/LDPE Blown film used in Carry Bags of 15 to 30 Microns.The loading level depends on machine, tolerance acceptable to final products,processing conditions, type of raw materials etc. Better results are found when preheating process of raw-materials is followed before extrusion.
