    Excellent  anti-static  ability  acts  when  the  anti-static  agent  moves  to  the  surface  of  the  plastic  product,  which  needs  several  days.  So  measuring  should  be  done  several  days  later  the  plastic  product  being  manufactured.  In  addition,  The  anti-static  ability  could  be  influenced  by  the  storing  environment,  the  anti-static  ability  acts  better  when  in  damp  environment.

   The  suggested  percentage  is  3%-5%,  which  could  be  adjusted  by  the  user  according  to  practical  situation.

     A  new-kind  of  anti-static  master  batch  has  been  developed  by  our  company  to  solve  the  dust-absorbing  problem  of  plastic  product.   It  provides  good  capacity  in  anti  static,  heat  stability,  compatibility  and  processing,  and  has  been  widely  used  in  the  products  basing  on  PE,  PP  etc  and  reduces  the  surface  resistance  to  108-1012ohm.
