We are a professional manufacturer and exporter of Caco3 and Talc filler master batches.
Our Filler Master batches are made of high quality Calcium Carbonate and other special additives after extrusion molding from high performance twin-screw machine.
It is widely used for polyolefin material in the process of extrusion, injection, plastic blowing, film blowing, casting, etc.
When it is put into use, we can reduce material cost, and improve the character of final products.
When used in HDPE/PP woven sacks, blown film, it is often used in the general HDPE Fertilizer bag, PP cement bags and supermarket shopping bags blown film.
It has good dispersing quality and good feel of hand. Its add ratio is around from 20%- 40% (different ratio decided by the product and user).
