Moisture absorbent masterbatch

The product is sensitive to moisture, but it can be stored well in original package. Once open its packing, please use it immediately. keep product in dry and seal package and store it in the ventilated and dry warehouse. The guarantee period is 6 months.

2.       Dont need to adjust producing technology and equipment, just need to confirm additive rate , compound 600 and customerraw material. Compound cant be store too long time, in the normal time ( in the winter, dont over 4 hours, in the summer, dont over 2 hours).

1.       Before use the masterbatch, pls check its package is well or not. when the masterbatch exposed to moisture, use it will affect products quality.

The ideal additive rate will be confirmed after testing.

In the plastic sheet, pipe, blow molding and injection products, our suggestional additive rate is 2%-5%.

In the film, our suggestional additive rate is 1%-3%.

Suitable for blow film, plastic piece, plastic pipe, blow molding, coating film and injecting.

Can be used in LDPEHDPELLDPEPP and recycle material.
