Process aid masterbatch based on LLDPE, HDPE, or blended polyethylene resins in blown film, cast film, pipe extrusion, wire and cable extrusion and extrusion blow moulding. This
masterbatch provides a renewable surface coating on metal die surfaces and can bring the following benefits:
- elimination of melt fracture
- improved surface quality of extrudate
- reduced die deposit
- increased throughput
- enables use of narrower die gaps
Ratio: 2 - 5% depending on application.
