Packaging inside bag masterbatch

The product is sensitive to moisture, you can store well in the original package. Once opened, you should use it immediately. The shelf life is about 12 months under the maximum room temperature of 25^oC. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the master batch.

Storage:

PEW004 has good dispersion in PE.      

Compatibility:

2.      Three layers co-extrusionmilk-whit film, core layer add in 20%, compound layer add in 10%, the addition rate will affect film's white color and opacity, so the excellent addition rate will confirm after test.

1.      Single layer blowing film, add in5%-15%,

Addition rate suggestion:  

PEW004 will be distribute in PE film evenly, it is used in the production of PE film and other white film, it can increase the luster, whit color and opacity effectively. The PE film that add in PEW004 will compound with BOPP, BOPA AND BOPET, it won't affect films peel intensity and heat seal intensity.
