Plastic desiccant Masterbatch is a new functional masterbatch designed to eliminate water from new or recycled resin, it can dramatically absorb the moisture during molding. It is widely used in recycled PP, PE, PS resin and new Nylon, ABS resin. The masterbatch can be used to add and simply mix with the raw materials before processing, which makes us carry out molding without the drying process, so it is a green plastic which is easy to use and help us improve production efficiency, reduce powder consumption and protect the environment.

Eliminating moisture by the traditional electric thermal dryer requires baking the raw materials in advance, which have many deficiencies such as extension of processing time, higher power consumption and low production efficiency as well as the increase in the cost of production.

Recycled PE, PP, PS resin or new Nylon, ABS resin often contain moisture, if not eliminated, the moisture will form into drain marks or bubbles on the surface of the related products when processing, and thereby affect their performance and appearance.
