Compatibility:

The addition rate is 2%~5%. As the effect of production techniques, the grade of PP, the thickness of films and production facilities requirement, the ideal addition rate should be determined by experimentation. In usually, In order to achieve a perfect combination between anti-bonding and optical property, the addition rate of the anti-blocking should be determined in accordance with different applications.

Addition rate suggestion:  

The SiO₂ in YFN105 is efficient anti-bonding capacity of packing films. As the SiO₂ is complexion balling, its rigidity is 3(the nature is 7). It can reduce the scraping of film surface and guarantee the optical property and appearance quality. That will bring high effective Anti-blocking capacity. It is suitable for the production of printing film, tape film and other types of BOPP films.
