white Master batch for blowing film

The product is sensitive to moisture yet can store well in the original package. Once opened, you should use it immediately. The shelf life is about twelve months under the maximum room temperature of 25. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.

W001S has good dispersion in PE.

Compatibility:

2.      three layer milk-whit film, layer center add in10%, compound layer add in 5%, the addition rate will affect films white color and opacity, so the excellent addition rate will confirm after test.

1.      single layer blowing film, add in 2%-8%,

Addition rate suggestion:  

W001S will be distribute in PE film evenly, it is used in production of PE film and other white film, it can increase the luster, whit color and opacity effectively. The PE film that add in PEW004 will compound with BOPP, BOPA AND BOPET, it dont affect films peel intensity and heat seal intensity.
