BOPP antistatic master batch

The product can be stored well in the original package. Please steal the package once you open it. The shelf life is about six months under the maximum room temperature of 25. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.

Packing:

The addition rate of YKD401 is decided by the applications and the thickness of film. The printing and bag films should take 2%~4% in the core layer; the ideal additive amount must be determined by the experiment and affected by many factors.

Addition rate suggestion:  

YKD401 is suitable for printing film, heat-seal film, bags film, etc. they have good antistatic effect. Different antistatic agent has different transfer speed, so complex different antistatic agent by reasonable method, It will have good antistatic effect. The film contains YKD401 will has a very good antistatic and slippage performance in a relatively short period of time and keep it in a long time.
