PE/EVA Foam sheets

PE foam, due to its even, independent, air-bubble structure, is water repellent and has excellent restorability. It is also light, rigid and impact-resistant.

ChiMeng' PE/EVA foams has 4 different series.

L Series products are low-density foam materials with good workability and proper rigidity.

 L Series products are insulating, flame retardant and answer to RoHS as well as UL94-HF1 standards.

Our L Series boards and barrels are the first PE foam series granted the Taiwan CNS Mark number 4017. L Series products have also been recognized by the Taiwan Plastic Development Association and obtained CPD Verification No. PA 3003.

L Series have good workability and are extensively applied to air conditioners. One of our most famous users is Taipei 101, which completed the air conditioner system by using CHI MENGs product as pipe covering material.

H Series foam has higher density and hardness than L Series foam.

H Series satisfies where hard foam is required. Due to its excellent physical properties, H Series foam has been extensively applied to building engineering applications, such as expansion joints, sound insulation, and buffers.

Our famous clients include Chek Lap Kok Hong Kong International Airport, the Three Gorges Dam in China, and many airports in China.

C Series products are elastic, tough and restorable and are highly workable for different purposes. C Series products have been extensively applied to shoes and athletic gear including snow boots, shoe pads and many other devices.

XM Series has is hard and light, highly portable and colorful. The XM Series is now extensively applied to yoga-related gear.
