This sheet is not a coated one but a monolithic rolled product.
It is useful as both AC and DC heater.
The current width of the sheet is 100 mm and also larger width (>1000 mm) is possible to produce in case of large order.
It is possible to design the almost all kinds of heating sheets with proper design of electrode patterns.
The sheet is easy to cut and bend. The sheet is chemically inert like ordinary PTFE products.
This carbon sheet is made of PTFE and electrically conducting filler - carbon black. It has the specific resistance of 20 -30 ohm cm. MEET can offer different sheets with the smaller thickness to 0.05 mm when the consumers ask.
Electrically conducting PTFE -C sheet with high service temperature of above 250 deg. C suitable as a sheet heater.
