PTFE Sheet comparable to Teflon Sheet

Starting At: $160.00

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a high molecular weight polymer, one of the most versatile plastic materials known and useful for a large range of applications.
PTFE sheet has a virtually universal chemical inertness. Only molten alkali metals and gaseous fluorine at high temperatures and pressure can harm this material. PTFE sheet can be used at temperatures ranging from -200oC to +260oC. PTFE is one of the most thermally stable plastic materials.

Compares to Dupont Teflon? sheet. Teflon? is a licensed trademark of Dupont. PTFE sheet is manufactured from the same materials, making it a Teflon? equivalent.

The most outstanding characteristics are:
  • High heat resistance
  • High resistance to chemical agents and solvents
  • High anti adhesiveness
  • High dielectric properties
  • Low friction coefficient
  • Non-toxicity

Available in Virgin Grade or Reprocessed Grade.

**Virgin** PTFE sheet (NOT Reprocessed) meets the following specifications:

  • UL94V-1
  • NSF
  • FDA
  • USP 6
