Application

Heat Expansion:The index for heat expansion of acrylic is large and its extensibility is several times than that of metal,therefore it should be considered when installation.

Scratching:Since electrostatic will occur by dry cloth,if there is dust on surface,it should be washed lightly by 1% soap water by soft cloth.

Defect:Since acrylic surface hardness is similar to aluminum,so the surface protection should be noticed. If detect occurred,it should be used yellow aluminum to polish.

Temperature:Acrylic will soften on heating to 100^.C or above. So it should be above 100^.C.

Notice for acrylic:

In summer(40.C),It'll lengthen to 1002,In winter (-30.C),It'll shorten to 997mm.

Taking an acrylic sheet 1000mm in length for example.
