NYLON 66 - nylon is a generic name and nylon is commonly used in textile industry, Few people knows that nylon is a synthetic linear polymer with repeating amide groups (-NH-CO-) which is used in the manufacturing of textile fibres. Carothers produced Nylon 66 by condensation reaction of adipic acid and hexamethylenediamine, to give the [-NH-(CH2)6-NH-CO(CH2)4-CO-] repeating unit. Nylon has revolutionised the textile industry and nylon is the forerunner for many of today's modern, synthetic fabrics. Nylon 66, is used as fibre in dress material (shirts, dresses), and as a plastic, e.g. chopping boards, bicycle wheels, ... Nylon 66 is a standard and oil filled nylon available in sheet, strips, rod and machined parts.

UHMW PE - UHMW PE is the ideal material for wear parts in machinery and equipment as well as a superb lining in material handling systems and storage containers. UHMW PE is self- lubricating, shatter resistant, long- wearing, abrasion and corrosion resistant. UMNW PE wear strip material, very high wear characteristics. We can machine to various shapes as per specifications.

FOAM PVC - lightweight and durable material, can be painted, printed, engraved or milled. The closed cell structure prevents water ingress. It has good impact resistance and is non-toxic.

POLYPROPYLENE - has outstanding resistance to fatigue from flexing, it is more resistant to oils and greases than polyethylene with similar electrical properties, widely used in cladding and clean rooms for its ability to withstand steam and chemicals.

ACRYLIC - similar in appearance but not as durable, used for signs, displays etc., excellent UV resistance and can be formed by preheating.

POLYCARBONATE SHEET - polcarbonate sheets are often used as a unbreakable glazing substitute, 200 times stronger than glass, 90% light transmission, can easily be bent, hot or cold, machined and fabricated and ideal for machine guards.
