Many people prefer to use teflon sheets rather than continue to tear off sheets of greaseproof paper - and it is a good option (certainly now the price is more reasonable) as long as you wipe off any ink remaining on the teflon sheet before doing the next item. Just get into the habit of having a quick look over the sheet to check there's no ink, for instance the outlinr of a placemat - which could ruin a perfectly good Tshirt (annoying!).
