Poly Fluoro offers membranes with porosity levels of 5% to 30%, with pore sizes ranging from 0.2um to 300um and in widths of up to 500mm. We are also equipped with facilities to punch the membranes into shapes as per client requirements and to bond the membranes to other surfaces.

PTFE membranes from Poly Fluoro Ltd. are chemically stable and inert. Due to this property, they are a preferred choice in applications involving aggressive organic solvents, strong acids and alkalis. The hydrophobic nature of the membrane also has numerous applications for air and gas sterilization especially in corrosive environments, where standard materials will tend to degrade and/or react with the surrounding chemicals. One of the major applications for the PTFE membrane is the clarification of corrosives, solvents and aggressive fluids.
